Mogollon Airpark (AZ82) is a private, fly-in aviation community located in Overgaard, Arizona, USA. Situated in the White Mountains of Eastern Arizona, approximately 90 nautical miles northeast of Phoenix, its elevation is around 6,658 feet. The airpark is privately owned and managed by the Mogollon Airpark Homeowners Association, and prior permission is required for landing.

The facility features one asphalt runway, Runway 3/21, with dimensions of 3,420 by 50 feet (1,042 x 15 meters). Runway 21 is designated as the calm wind runway. Operational restrictions include no night operations ("NIGHT OPS NA"), tall trees at both ends of the runway, and a caution for density altitude which can exceed 10,000 feet, potentially leading to wind shear and turbulence during high winds. The runway slopes from the midpoint, obstructing the line of sight and radio communication between aircraft at opposite ends. The airpark serves as a residential community for pilots, with homes often featuring attached hangars.
