Landing at Nuku Posted by on June 27, 2014

I went into Nuku airport in 1969 to visit Ignas Wunum.

May have been a Brittan Norman Islander.

Landing consisted of a turn in front of the hill running at right angles to the strip and then gunning it up hill to land near the terminal.

Got out and threw up.

Not scared , just airsick.
