Gwaunaru'u Airport (IATA: AKS, ICAO: AGGA) is the primary air gateway to Auki, the provincial capital of Malaita, one of the most populous provinces in the Solomon Islands. The airport consists of a single small terminal building with very basic facilities. Amenities are limited to a check-in desk, a modest waiting area, and simple restroom facilities. There are no retail shops, restaurants, or passenger lounges available on-site.
