Canton-Plymouth-Mettetal Airport (1D2) is a public-use airport located in Canton Township, Michigan, two nautical miles south of Plymouth in Wayne County. It is owned and operated by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and functions as an uncontrolled (non-towered) facility.

The airport features one asphalt runway, designated 18/36, which measures 2,302 by 75 feet (702 by 23 meters) and is equipped with medium intensity runway edge lights. Its primary use is for general aviation, including private aircraft, flight training (though touch-and-go operations are prohibited due to runway length), corporate flights, and air ambulances. The airport also has a fixed-base operator providing fuel and aircraft parking.

Historically, the airport began as a grass strip for crop dusting in the 1930s by the Mettetal family and was established as a public-use airport in 1939. It is recognized by the FAA as a local reliever airport facility and has housed projects such as a prototype flying car in 2017.
