EXECUTIVE FLITEWAYS (ICAO: XFL), also known as Executive Fliteways, Inc. (EFI), is a leading private jet charter and aircraft management company founded in 1981. The company provides private jet charters worldwide and offers seamless aircraft management services to its clients. In October 2020, James Prinzivalli, a former dispatcher and charter sales director, purchased the company.
The main operational base for Executive Fliteways is headquartered at New York's MacArthur Airport (ISP), with additional bases in White Plains Airport (HPN) and Teterboro, NJ (TEB). The company operates a diverse fleet comprising turboprops, light, mid-size, super midsize, and heavy jets. Recent additions to their fleet include a Challenger 350 and a PC-12 in 2025, alongside aircraft such as Learjet 60SE, Falcon 50EX, Falcon 7X, Phenom 300Es, Praetor 600, Legacy 600, Legacy 650, G280, GVs, G550s, and Challenger 604s.
