Several major car rental companies have service counters located inside the terminal, directly across from the baggage claim carousels. Options include Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National/Alamo. The rental car lot is conveniently located just outside the terminal.
There is no direct public bus service (StarTran) to the Lincoln Airport terminal. Passengers wishing to use public transit will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare to connect to the nearest bus route in the city.
Reply to @32Aret: According to the Wikipedia page for the film, the "Lincoln Airport" they referenced was a fictional airport in based in Chicago, not Lincoln, Nebraska.
The Lincoln airport was the scene of the action for the 1970 movie "Airport", based on Arthur Hailey's novel of the same name. The movie was apparently not shot here; the airport scenes were filmed in MSP.
